The seller, Kristy, is a scam artist! Beware. I canceled the order when I realized the fern wasn't preserved. Not her fault, its not advertised as preserved. She agreed to cancel but never did. I asked her repeatedly for days to cancel and each time her excuse changed. 1st it was "Oh, I forgot". 2nd it was "I tried but my account isnt working". 3rd was "My bank account got hacked and is frozen." Her latest excuse is now "I'm broke, I don't have any money." Here is Kristy's scheme: Take forever to ship the order & never ship anything. This will prompt the customer to eventually cancel. Give the customer all sort of lies as to why you cant issue the refund. The customer will open a case with Etsy, who will have no choice but to foot the bill. Customer is refunded and seller keeps the money. Its a total scam!
